It can raise the blood pressure, cause cancer, impotence, high blood pressure,and other disease, plus, it's addictive. Chosing nicotine to raise the blood pressure is not a healthy remedy. Until you can get to a doctor who is the best person to see if you (or whoever) may have such a condition, try Benadryl.
