Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely Tinea corporis fungal infection. For such cases i advise ointments of terbinafine or clotrimazole for local application and tab fluconazole weekly once for 1 month to stop recurrence.Wash the area with warm water or warm saline water and keep dry.Change sweaty clothes in time.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
I find this answer helpful
