I have random pain in my right hand. It comes and goes. It seems to locate in my thumb, index finger, and little finger. Not all at the same time. Pain can be acute for an hour or so and begin to diminish. Seems to maybe in the join areas. I can awaken at night with the pain. I am a 69 year old female in good health. Could it be a side effect of the Letrozole I have been taking since November, 2016?
