Is Lack Of Motivation And Drowsiness Due To SMZ-TMP?

Is it common for the antibiotic SMZ-TMP 800 to cause drowsiness and lack of any ambition? I could not find it as one of the side effects listed. I m taking it for cellulitis and my husband is taking it for minor surgery he just had and we are both struggling to have enough energy to get through the day. Thank you!

Good day and thank you for posting this question. SMZ-TMP does not cause lack of ambition or drowsiness. However it can cause Hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar), so you need to eat well after taking the drug.
