Is Laxative Necessary To Control Bowel Movement After Enema?

I did an enema for my constipation and when the enema worked, my poop came out fast, like big rocks and hurt really bad, it made me bleed a little. I am afraid to poop again. Will my poop still be hard and hurt when I have my next bowel movement? Should I take a laxative? I am breastfeeding. I havent pooped in 2 weeks, except for today when I did the enema.

Take 5 tablespoonful of Lactulose and if you still feel constipated, have a little workup by a gastroenterologist to rule out other causes.
