Is Less Urination Output A Problem?

hi, i am male 36 years . i drink lots of water every day like 1.5 to 2 liters . but i urinate very less , u can say some 500 ml to 700 ml max . like i go to urnate at 8 in morning and i drink 3-4 glass of 300 ml and then i urinate in evening . is it a problem as i have seen guys going to loo every 2 hrs . pls advice

Hello
Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your water intake (1.5 -2 litres per day) is very low resulting into less urine output

Ideally one should drink water at regular intervals 250 to 300 ml per hour (Total consumption being 3-4 litres per day)and pass 1500 ml of urine in 24 hours..

This helps to prevent getting UTI and stone formation .

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute.
