my sister 74 yrs old has Hepato cellular carcinoma and complicated by all symptoms and over all ascites, no other spread to other organs, can she get liver transplant

Getting a liver transplant is a complicated process. The patient must be able to tolerate an extensive surgery and a donor must be found. That said, it would be something for her doctors to consider.
