Is Livolin And Flohale Recommended For Chest Congestion Of A 3 Year Old Child?

my son is 3 yrs old he is suffering fron chest congestion for last 4 months even he had steroid(omnacortil) but the congestion is not fully cured now he on nebuliser aithalin I took a second openion from other doctor he said that livolin and flohale is better than astalin., pls advise

Thanks for your query.
Salbutamol or levosalbutamol is to be used as rescue therapy when child had acute episode and flohale is preventive therapy and is to be used daily.
They are totally safe and can be used as prescribed by yoir doctor.
