Is Loss Of Appetite With Nausea Common In Long Distance Runners?

I am a 37 years old female, and ran a half marathon 3 days ago. Since then, I have had a loss of appetite, on and off short bouts (15-30 minutes) of nausea and very dark (solid) stools. I've heard that this sometimes happens with long distance runners, but I have never experienced it before. Should I be concerned?

If the stools are black and tarry and you are not on any iron supplements you should get your blood complete picture done for Hemoglobin levels. If Hb is okay we need not worry much.
