Is Lower Back Pain, Moderate Levels Of Leukocytes, Protein And Traces Of Blood In Urine With PH Level Of 7.5 Serious?

I have lower back pain, moderated levels of Leukocytes in the urine, trace of protein too, a PH level of 7.5, my urine shows traces of blood and urine gravity of 1.20. Im 38 year old female. I was diagnosed with Nephrotic Syndrome when I was born but had no problems as an adult. I don t take any medication and health over all. should i be worry about this symptoms? Thank You

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

According to report pus cells and RBC both present in urine ...So it could be kidney infection in form of pyelonephritis or UTI ...

As pus cells present full course of suitable antibiotic needs to be given ....

Measure your blood pressure, blood lipid estimation Also along with it ...

Drink lots of fluid. ..

Fruit juices more ....

Avoid excess spicy food for few days ...

Take rest ...

Consult nephrologists as if needed kidney biopsy taken for rule out nephrotic syndrome.
