Is Lump In The Leg Due To An Accident A Scar Tissue?

Back in 2009, I got into a roller blading accident and fell on the right side of my body. I scraped the upper side of my leg where it was bruised badly. There's been a lump there ever since, Is it scar tissue? And also is it normal to bruise very easily?

Hi,
Yes, if the lump is still there at this stage after the accident, it is most likely to be scar tissue. If you are noticing that you bleed easily then you need to see your doctor for investigation. There are various blood conditions that can cause this and if you have one of these conditions, you need to be aware.
If I can be of any further help, please do not hesitate to contact me.
