Hi sir iam 15 years when iam starting hp self masterbation now iam 20years ; till iam masterbate four times in week; and my penis size when erect 5.5 inches; now iam feeling myself very weak and also my height was not increase after starting this habbit my height is 5 f 4 inches so please tell self masterbation is harmful to teenager and can recovery my sexual strenght
