Is Medicine To Be Giving Again To Child If Had Vomiting After Giving Medicine?

Hi Doctor, My 8months old baby is having fever upto 101f.Doctor suggested me to give 5ml of febrex plus syrup and Cefixime each 5ml 2 times a day.I started giving her from today itself.when I gave febrex plus.she vomited it.should I give her again...or is it not necessary?

If the child has vomited febrex plus within 30 minutes of giving it , then a full amount of it should be repeated, presuming that the nedicine has come out in the vomiting.
