Hello,

I understand your concern. Having mild fatty changes in liver, bulky ovaries and the bulky uterus is definitely causing you to worry but I just want to know about your weight are you overweight or obese what is your BMI. If you are obese then being in healthy weight range will solve all your problems regarding endometrial thickness again concern is when you had your last menses depending on that endometrial thickness is it abnormal or normal will be decided.

Again regarding your menses, are they regular, is flow enough are the things to be evaluated. I don't think in your case there is any indication for surgery as you mentioned.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
