Is Mildly Increased Echo-texture Of Bilateral Kidneys While Facing Difficulty In Controlling Urine A Serious Concern?

Hi, My mom is around 70 years old. Her ultrasound report suggests mildly increased echotexture of bilateral kidneys, however cortico-medullary differentiation is maintained. Blood urea level 59.1 Creatinine 1.65 Uric acid 6.5 Rest all looks OK in the KFT. One other thing is her HDL is 92. Is that a bad thing? Current problem she is facing is difficulty in controlling urine.

if she us having high BP or is diabetic day should be taken care if ...and her complete urine examination should be there to rule out urinary infection..for raised blood urea or SERUM creatinine she must see a nephrologist or medical specialist
