Is Modus 10mg And Nimotop 30mg Same ?

I am 27 years Female suffering from Polycystic ovaries. In India since i had irregular periods, i consulted a Gynaecologist in Jan 2011, where i was asked to have modus 10mg for 3 days to get periods and to continue with Melmet and Biofer for 6 months. I had the prescription till march mid. I had periods regularly in a gap of 30-35 days interval. From mid of march till april mid for about an month i didn t continue my tablets. I was married on april 2011. Now i am in Germany. Then i started to continue my tablets in Germany from Mid of April. In april i had periods in the starting of the month.But after that till date(around 45 days) i didn t have my periods. In my marriage life we r using condems reguarly. So since i didnt have periods i thought of using Modus 10mg, but it is not available in Germany. Instead in medical shop they told to have Nimotop 30mg. I am now in a confusion whether to have that tablet or not. Also i want to know whether both d tablets are same, give me a solution whether to have Nimotop 30mg or not? If so for how many day i should have? How much i should have daliy? Or shall i wait till periods occurs normally. Or am i pregnant?
