Is Morning Sickness Always An Indication Of Pregnancy ?

Hi I am a 15 year old female. This morning I was sick. I woke up and felt fine until I got up and walked to the bathroom then I started to become lightheaded,dizzy,vision incredibly blurred, extremely pale, pressure behind my nose and eyes, no abdomen pain however. I tried throwing up three times but only successfully threw up once. I feel perfectly fine when I lay down however, it is like instant relief I feel normal other than the fact my eyes hurt when I move them. What could this be? Why is this happenig I don t understand. I have had similar things such as this happen last year too but it has never been this severe. The day before all this happened I was extremely exhausted too. Is there a chance that this could be morning sickness since I just lost my virginity almost a week ago? Or no symptoms suppose to have shown up yet? When I lost my virginity we were using a condom and he pulled out. Please help me figure this out, I don t believe I m pregnant but you never know.
