Is Morning Walk Advisable For Cardiac Health?

Once my company s doctor gave his presentation about not doing morning walk as it is not good for our heart for people above 50 years old. He said there was something out from our body/blood (?) which is able to cause us getting heart attacked. He recommends people above 50 years to do afternoon walk instead of morning walks. How your response to those statement?
