Is Movox An Accurate Medication For Body Ache, Lost Appetite And Sleeplessness In An Infant?

My 18 old son is on movox for three weeks now. He seems worse, can t sleep night time, his appetite is lower . I cannot notice any changes for better apart he did tell me that body ache is back and that he wants to change the situation but simply cannot be bothered? Should we give more time to movox?
