Is Muscle Pain Related With Painful Thigh With Spots?

I have a slight pain and minor irritation on my inner thigh traveling all the way below the knee. When I touch it , it is tender in certain spots. It s not excrutiating pain. I can walk and only when I touch it , it is tender. It is either the muscle...or a vein?

After going through your query I concluded that you have got thrombophlebitis of veins of lower limb.Treatment of it is analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Thrombophobe gel local application without rubbing is helpful in resolving it. Antibiotics is given to prevent infection. Vitamin B and C help in healing.
