Is Muscle Pain Related With Painful Thigh With Spots?

I have a slight pain and minor irritation on my inner thigh traveling all the way below the knee. When I touch it , it is tender in certain spots. It s not excrutiating pain. I can walk and only when I touch it , it is tender. It is either the muscle...or a vein?

Thrombophobe gel local application without rubbing is helpful in resolving it. Antibiotics is given to prevent infection. Vitamin B and C help in healing.
