Is Muscle Pull Causing Pain When I Try To Bend Or Flex My Arm?

Hi, I recently crashed into a small post on my bike and now my right arm is sore. There is a sharp pain when i tense my muscles, bend, or flex my arm. The pain is a small portion on my elbow to the lower part of my arm(but above my elbow). Is this just a pulled muscle, or something worse?

Hello,

It is just a musculoskeletal pain.

Nothing much to worry and it will settle by itself.

As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
