Is My 18 Week Ultrasound During Pregnancy Normal?

I am Rml.,/p,.li, 31 years, 5'1.5", 51.8 kg, have a history of high BP but during pregnancy it is around 105/70. I got level 2 ultrasound done at 18th week and have placenta in posterior in position, 2.5cm from internal OS with grade 1 maturity. Is it normal? Is everything fine? I need to travel by air for 2 hours at 19th week. Is it safe to travel?

Welcome to Health care magic.

1.Your BP appears normal as long as it will not increase - keep monitoring and take needful action if changes.
2.Placental position is normal, lower limit normal distance from the internal OS which need to check again in the followup scan. ( however with in the limit)
3.Every aspect of the parameters of your scan appears normal.
4.Regarding travel - keeping in mind your hypertension history its better to avoid if any possibility.
5.If un avoidable you take medication from your treating doctor and less mobility - take care.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
