Hello and welcome to HCM,
A rise in beta HCG levels suggests pregnancy.
The presence of gestational sac also suggests pregnancy.
However, absence of fetal pole suggests that the fetus is not developing.
Rise in beta HCG levels also occurs in molar pregnancy.
In molar pregnancy, the fetus does not develop and only the trophoblastic tissue proliferates.
You need to consult your gynecologist for further management.
You may require dilation and curettage to remove the gestational sac without fetal pole.

Thanks and take care
