Is My Nephew Having Internal Injury In His Head?

My nephew fell from a chair and hit the back of his head yesterday. He just finished drinking his milk that time. He vomitted after the fall bt none in the next 24hrs. He seems alert and doing his usual stuff. He is two years old. He was seen by a doctor and my sister was told just to keep an eye on him. I we be worried, please help

Hi..
Head injury with vomiting but is a matter of concern, but do not worry as he is alert.
He requires close monitoring for next 24 hrs watch for any sign of loss of consciousness, repeated episodes of vomiting, seizures, ear/nose bleed, giddiness.
if so take him to ER for further evaluation like CT Scan.
At present continue same as instructed by doctor.
