Is My Semen Analysis Report Normal If Not What Medicines Should I Take ?
I undergone semenalysis heres the report color: pearly white, Viscosity: slightly viscous, Liquifaction 15 min. Volume : 2 /ml , Total sperm count : 18000000/ml. progressively motile: 65%. non progressive :15% Non motile : 20% Degree of motility: full activity with tail movement visualized. Normal=29% Abnormal =71% 5 days abstinence .. morphology : Hbig 4% Epin size 3% Adouble 2% DAmorphous 4% Tapered= 30% Acrosomal Cap 40%=10% EAbsent 2% C Bifurcated 4% TLong 5% Ashort 5% I double 2% Pus cells 10-12 RBC 1-3

According to this report sperm count is bit low 18 millions ( should be >20millions) ,motility is good, Morphology according to WHO criteria is just borderline ( should be > 30% normal). presence of pus cells suggests infection. So there are chances that you may become father naturally. If its difficult naturally then you may have to go for assisted techniques. Infections should be treated with antibiotics for better results. Take care
