Is My Sperm Count Of 80 Normal ?

I have to ask about my semen report whether it is normal or not Sperm count 80 actively motile-5% sluggishly motile-45% Non motile-50% total % of abnormal forms-2-3% is it normal report?

I did not understand. Is the total sperm count 80 or 80 thousand/million. Motile are only 5 which is very less. There could be some damage to the sperm. You should avoid any heat near the testis s this can damage the sperm. No hot baths, no keeping laptop on the lap etc. You may need Coenzyme Q capsules which are antioxidants for relief from the damage. Consult your Doctor regarding this and available treatment. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Exercise daily.
