Is My Toddlers Bulging Rib Normal ?

Hi, I noticed last night that my 1 year old toddler's rib is slightly bulging out at the bottom of his ribcage on the left side. It does not appear to hurt or bother him when touched. Is this normal?

Hi, a slight bulge of the ribcage on the left side in an otherwise normal child is unlikely to be significant. If you are certain that it is a new problem please get him checked out by a Paediatrician. If it has been present since early days it probably is harmless. Take Care.
