Is My Weight Loss Normal?

Hi im 31 years old and 15st 1lb, i have been healthy eating since new years day and have only lost about eight pound in weight and just put a pound back on!! i have eaten all heathly foods and been very strict, eating smaller meals more often, i have a very active job as a joiner, i packed up smoking at the same time and i dont drink alcohol! my goal was to lose a steady 2lb a week.

I compliment you for your dedication. You have done a good job in losing weight. Uou have lost weight in a very healthy manner. Keep going like that. Don't forget to eat the nutrients your body needs. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts.
