Is No Urination For Several Hours At A Stretch A Serious Concern?

My mom is 85 and has dementia. She lives with me and is incontinent. She has not urinated since before noon today. She has cut back on food and drinks in the past few days but has had at least 2 glasses of Ensure/Juice. Should I take her to the hospital now or wait to see if she urinates over night? Could it be a UTI or something else?

HI
Thank for asking query to HCM
For sure it is not the Urinary track infection, but is seems to be due to less water intake, the urine output depends upon the water intake or liquid intake, if the water intake is less then you may not find the urine output so first better to increase the water intake even after this no urine is there then you can see the doctor else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
