Is Nose Bleeding Normal When Suffering From Cold?

Hi I have a 3yr old son he has a little bit of asthma only present when sick with cold or flu he has been coughing a lot today as he is not well but and when he blew his nose blood came out and when he sneezed a clot of blood came out..is this something to worry about?

Bleeding from nose at this age esp after cold is because of dried secretions when picked by fingers, results in bleeding.
Pinching the tips of nose and bending forward should help in control.
Local antiseptics like fusidic cream can help in healing.
But if it persists or increases consult a nearby doc for examination.
