Is Numb And Hardened Section On Knee With Difficulty To Kneel After A Fall Normal?

Hi, i fell off my mountain bike just over 2 weeks ago, lot of the impact was to my left knee. The cut wasnt healing too well so i was precribed antibiotic cream, and its healing well and almost gone, but although it doesnt hurt to touch i still cannot kneel up and there seems to be a hardened section to the front of my knee, which is also numb. Is this normal?
