Is Numbness In The Hand Post A Mild Injury A Concern?

I got scratched on my palm by my friend today and it was deep enough for it to bleed. my hand feels a bit weird and dumb around the area, will it get infected? ive had my hand bitten by a wild cat before and had to go to hospital for 4 days to get antibiotics so im just worried.
