Dear Doctor, my father is 95 and having loose motions once or twice since nearly a month. I do not give him heavy meals now, only black tea, stewed apple, arrowroot drink, toasted bread. It is better but has not stopped. Is he having enough nutrition from these 4 items. What about oats, is it digestible in the elderly. Thank you.
