Is Occasional Ecstasy Indulgence Safe?

Hello, I wanted to know wether I can take Ecstasy whilst using Azathioprine to treat Ulcerative Pan-Colitis? I m well aware that taking Ecstasy/MDMA is detrimental to my health in many ways but I occasionally use the drug and would like to know if I will still be able to safely indulge from time to time.
