General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As the surgery is pertaining to the pelvis, I do recommend the postponement of surgery until the delivery is over if it is not a due surgical emergency.
* Additional risk via anesthetic point of view also must be considered before approaching for the surgery decision.

Do feel free to get further medical assistance through the website.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
