Is Ortho Surgery Suggested For The Child With Irregular Length Of Legs?

hi,my son is 7yrs old. who r sufaring COLAGEN degess by born. last year we go AIIMS in delhi. but ther said COLAGEN is out of tritment in world. therfore a tritment is possible that is a ortho surgery in his leg. the leg is 1cm short then other. in that case i want to see a best paediatric orthopaedic dr: who r realy help me. pls halp me. Hello,

Surgery will be the last resort in this case because underlying collagen disease may complicate the surgery. As a first line management he can try adjusted boots while walking. Consult a good orthopedic and get evaluated, if surgery is required he may need osteotomy or like lengthening procedure.
