hi my name is colleen l hurt my knees last oct nov 2012 riding a bike and l over done it and my knees started hurting worse as time has gone on.lm 56 and x-rays showed today arthritis but to start all of a sudden on both knees and it is very painfull doctor says nothing l can do but to take osteopanadol?
