Is Ovofar & Clomifen Pills Effective For Conception?

Hi, I am married 8 months ago, and want to conceive. I am 34 yrs. Due to age issue. i want to conceive soon. So have visited a gynac, and she has put me on to tablets OVOFAR, clomifene tablet (50 mg) and Decdan 0.5mg (Dexamethasone Tablets ) should i go ahead with it or M i a little hasty. Please suggest. Is these tablets safe?? i have my regular periods as well.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion infertility treatment is advisable if pregnancy doesn't occur even after one year of unprotected intercourse.So it is only 8 months since marriage.As your cycles are regular participation in intercourse daily increase the chances of conception.You are on correct stream of treatment.Dont worry.
Leave stress and anxiety as they cause hormonal imbalance and delay conception.
