Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this weight difficulties. What are the units of this weight? Pounds or kgs? You have to be consistent in your efforts to maintain a constant and normal weight. You cannot eat healthy today and do the opposite tomorrow. It is just like doing nothing. I generally don't recommend pills for weight loss, because you would inevitably regain the weight as soon as you get off them unless you want to be on pills all your life. However, durable life style modifications, exercise and consistent health eating habits would help you today and forever without any additional cost, side effects or risk of regaining the weight as this is part of you and not imposed by drugs.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
