Is Pain Around A DVT Surgery Spot On The Calf A Symptom Of Blood Clots?

I had a dvt in my calf and behind my knee last July following childbirth and back surgery. I have been on warfarin for 6 months, fragmin when my inr was low. I finished all meds last week and am now having pain in the areas where the clots were. Could the clots still be there?
