Is Pain In Foot, Heel And Ankle After Being Hit On Foot Serious?

Is there really a doctor online? I was training in karate 2 hours ago and performed a front kick against an opponent. My kick was poorly performed and the underside of my foot connected directly with my training partner s knee. My training partner is fine. But I am experience pain in my foot, where contact was made, under the foot toward the heel, on the top of the foot up toward the ankle and the outside of the foot. Weight bearing can be painful, especially if I try to point my toes and then bear weight. All toes can move. Lateral and rotational movement of the foot is limited and painful. Thoughts?
