Is Pain In Right Hip And Thigh Signs Of Arthritis Or Osteoarthritis?

Hi, I am 26 year old female. Since 5-6 days I have a pain in my right hip and thigh. Since I am a working woman in software industry, I experienced pain while working sitting on chair. Even now i am facing severe pain while walking on stairs. I m afraid whether it would increase further. Is it signs of arthiritis or osteoarithiritis? Please help me out of this.:(

get an xray and see your rheumatologist for evaluation
