Is Pain While Extending Arm And Discomfort In Top Of Forearm Symptoms Of Tendonitis?

Good evening, I am experiencing some pain and I am thinking that it may be some sort of tendonitis; when I extend my arm and I turn my arm inward, towards my body, I feeling a painful discomfort from the top of my forearm to the bottom part of my biceps. Can you confirm if this is tendonitis?
