Is Painful Urination And Brown Discharge Sign Of UTI?

Could it be a uti couse I have a sharp pain at the tip I ve had blood drops after I urinated and my urine is pretty dark and lately there is some chunky brown meaty looking stuff come out but now day by day it hurts less but that chunky stuff plus dark colored pee and the urine is a strong pungent smell

Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. It appears to be urinary tract infection with red blood cell casts.
2. Increased ammonia in urine due to infection can give rise to pungent smell.
3. Get urine examination done. If pus cells are present, culture and sensitivity will be necessary for identification of appropriate antibiotics. Nitrofurantoin can be started till culture and sensitivity reports come.
4. Also take plenty of water along with cranberry and blueberry juices. Meet your doctor for tests and prescription.
