Is Period Cramps, nausea And Soreness Of Breasts Perimenopause Symptoms?
I am embarrassed to ask this given my age. I am 46 (I know!) and had period cramps, but no period. I had a lot of stretchy fertile type mucus early in my cycle and had intercourse as I would like to get pregnant (but know the chances are slim). While my cycles have lengthened during the last few months from 28/29 days to 31/32, I have only every skipped one period. I felt some nausea after eating, and a bit light headed and my breast are sore. I am hesitant to take a test as I don't want to be disappointed, are these normal perimenopause symptoms?
hi dear I understand your worry as u said ur age is 46 these symptoms are peri menopausal but yes there are less chances that u get pregnant but it could not be excluded 100 percent, so u must get ur test done and if negative there is no need to worry and start taking calcium with calcite oil and isoflavanones
