Is Persistent Pain In The Lower Back And Abdomen Related To Pancreatic Cancer?
For the past months I have had pain in mid back, lower left abdomen, and lower rt abdomen. Diagnosed with episode of pancreatitis in May. I have belching immediately after eating and bloated stomach. I have lost 30 lb in the past 4 months without effort. I know it s partly because I do not have an appetite and its too uncomfortable to eat. I have had CT, ultrasound, endoscopy and swallowed a camera. Results: no Crohns, no ulcerative colitis, my dr did see 5 ulcers at end of small bowel. I feel weak and generally not well. The pain in my mid back has gotten where it never goes away just varies in intensity. Just a side note...my mother passed away from pancreatic cancer a year ago. No symptoms until she was already Advanced stage 4. Thank you for your comment in advance.
