Is Positive Leukocyte In Urine Test Sign Of UTI?

On my home uti test the leukocyte showed positive and the nitrite showed negative so would this mean I have a uti or no and another thing I ve been having pain near my right Philippian tube my Gyno said it was just ovulation but its been hurting more then two day and the pain is traveling up my right side what could this be

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Positive leukocytes test suggest urinary tract infection. But you should go for urine routine and microscopic examination in laboratory. Then you should take antibiotics like levofloxacin or norfloxacin. Your pain near fallopian tube may be due to ovulation. If it remain persistent after 2 days then you should go for ultrasound abdomen. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
