Is Pregastar M75 Effective In Reliving Acute Pain In Right Leg?
For the past 5/6 days I am suffering from acute pain in my right leg.I am 60 Years old Indian male in Good health.I am allergic to Asprin.My Doctor has advised me the following medicines: Evion 400 to treat Vitamin E deficiency and Felicita OD(BenfotiamineMethylcobalamin Alpha Lipoic Acid,Chromium Picolinate Inositol Soft Gelatin Capsules- One each post lunch. For the treatment of shooting pain the doctor advised a simple Paracetemol named Crocin. Due to acute Pain which I suffered for a few hours last night, the doctor has advised me to take one tablet of Pregastar M75(Pfizer) daily. Could you kindly guide me please?

Pregastar M 75 contains Pregabalin and Methylcobalamin. The drug is effective in reducing pain. Pregabalin increases the inhibitory neurotransmitter and thereby reducing pain. Vitamin B12 is also effective in nerve related pain. Kindly rule out diabetes which is an important cause of peripheral neuropathy.
