Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Having Normal Menstrual Cycles?

Is it possible to be pregnant while still having regular periods and negative tests? I had 2 pregnancy tests done through a doctor's office and both were negative. I've also had a regular monthly period. However, I have pregnancy symptoms, such as food aversions, fatigue, nausea, weight gain, and breast tenderness. If I am pregnant, I'd be almost 4 months and both tests were taken before 3 weeks.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Pregnancy is not possible in presence of normal period because
Absence of period is most common and definitive symptoms of pregnancy.
Again your pregnancy test result was also negative.
Your symptoms could be due to hormonal imbalance, thyroid dysfunction/hypothyroidism.
I would suggest to consult gynecologist and undergo reproductive and thyroid hormone analysis to confirm cause.
Take small frequent meal
Do gentle massage with evening prime rose oil
Avoid: stress, alcohol, smoking, excessive salt, spicy/oily food
Do regular exercise, eat healthy diet, drink plenty of water
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
