Is Pregnancy Possible While Having Enlarged Uterus And Ovarian Cyst?

bulky uterus of 103.3x83.0x81.2mm with 28.7x29.9mm, 27.9x20.0mm, 25.9x20.1mm at posterior wall, 44.6x31.4mm, 18.1x12.4mm at anterior wall and 17.8x12.8mm, 22.6x18.7mm at fundal wall. endomerium normal, both ovaries normal with functional ovarian cyst of 15.0x13.6mm. adnexa and pouch of douglas normal. age 39. please advise and if i could get pregnant. not married and never had a child. thanks
